Acceptable Use Policy

Use licensed creative templates supplied through the service only in accordance with these terms. Only submit pet or animal images that you own or are authorised to use.

• Sexual content involving minors, or any exploitative or non-consensual sexual content.
• Fraud, phishing, extortion, harassment, defamation or deceptive impersonation.
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Graphic violence, promotion of terrorism or instructions facilitating serious harm.
• Misleading political persuasion or deceptive synthetic media.
• Attempts to bypass safety controls, overload the service or access another user's data.

Do not falsely represent synthetic media as authentic footage, documentary evidence, a real endorsement or professional advice. Clearly label synthetic content when a reasonable viewer could otherwise be misled, especially in political, medical, financial or safety-sensitive contexts.

We may block generations, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users, third parties or the service. To report abuse or an intellectual-property concern, email support@youelse.com with the relevant URL or task identifier and evidence of your rights.
