Terms of Service

YouElse provides software tools for uploading pet and animal images, choosing creative templates and generating animated videos. We do not provide bespoke human video-production services. Features, models, processing times and credit costs may change as the service evolves.

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and be legally capable of entering a contract. You may not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Credit packages are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The price, currency and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Credits are usage units, not money or stored value. The number of credits required is displayed before generation. Credits are personal and non-transferable. A failed generation caused by our service will normally receive an automatic credit reversal.

YouElse provides licensed creative templates for users to create animated pet and animal videos. Only upload images you own or are authorised to use. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes when your plan includes commercial use.

AI output may not be unique, accurate or free from third-party claims, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not create illegal, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; claim that synthetic media is authentic when that would mislead viewers; or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment or abuse.

PayPal processes checkout for our one-time credit packages. We do not store full payment-card details. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and is also subject to mandatory consumer law.

AI generation can fail or be delayed because of demand, safety filters or third-party providers. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any output will achieve a particular commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms with reasonable notice when changes materially affect you. Sections concerning payments, content rights, liability and disputes survive account closure where necessary.
