Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as your email address and authentication identifiers; selected characters, prompts and generated videos; billing references, transaction totals; and technical information such as IP address, device, browser, logs and security events. If an optional media-upload feature is enabled, we also collect the media you choose to submit. Full card details are collected by PayPal and are not stored by us.

With your permission, we use a browser-generated visitor identifier and session identifier to understand how the service is used. When enabled by our operator, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources, template interactions, uploads, generation milestones, downloads, sign-ups, pricing views, and purchase milestones. We may record pages viewed, visible session duration, button or link labels, selected template identifiers, and event times. Analytics events do not include form values, uploaded media, prompts, account email addresses, full payment details, or a device fingerprint. Signed-in sessions may be associated with the user account in our first-party analytics so we can understand product reliability and usage flows. You can accept, reject, or later change this choice through the “Privacy choices” control. Rejecting analytics does not affect sign-in, security, purchases, or video creation.

We use information to authenticate users, generate and deliver media, maintain credits and subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, diagnose failures, comply with law and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

To perform a request, selected creative inputs and prompts may be transmitted to contracted AI model, cloud hosting, storage, authentication, monitoring and payment providers. Current core categories include AI generation services, Alibaba Cloud storage, Supabase authentication and database services, and PayPal payments. Processing may occur outside your country.

Where applicable, processing is based on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent when specifically requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for the period required for tax, fraud and legal obligations. Uploaded and generated media are retained while needed to provide your workspace or until deletion, subject to backups and abuse-prevention records. We aim to remove deleted media from active systems promptly and age it out of backups according to operational retention schedules.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some billing and security records must be retained by law. Send requests from your account email to support@youelse.com.

We use access controls, signed media URLs and transport encryption, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required where they live.
